A veteran, retired police officer, and successful business owner, Jim has spent his life in roles that demand strength, integrity, and discipline. But it’s his 36+ years in pastoral ministry that have truly defined his mission. During that time, he’s worked with countless men and couples, guiding them to build strong, Christ-centered marriages and equipping them to face life’s challenges with courage and faith.

Jim doesn’t just talk the talk—he’s lived it. Married for 42 years to his fantastic wife, he’s the proud father of two and the grandfather of six. His family is his legacy and his constant reminder of why strong, godly leadership matters.
